Sunset Youth Lacrosse does not want anyone to miss out on the great game of lacrosse due to insufficient funds If you reside inside the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (T.H.P.R.D) you can apply for financial assistance by contacting Anne Bookless at 503 645-6433, extension 1613. If you are unsure that you live inside the T.H.P.R.D district, you can call that # for verification. For those Sunset Youth players who attend the Beaverton School District schools, but reside outside of the T.H.P.R.D area, and would like financial assistance to play lacrosse, please download and complete the Financial Aid Form and mail to the following address: Sunset Youth Lacrosse, 2150 NW 139th Place, Portland, OR 97229.

*** PLEASE NOTE - If applying for Family Assistance with THPRD, please enter "Beaverton Youth Lacrosse" as the league (NOT"Sunset Youth Lacrosse") as the name of the league on the application.
